Bill's Johns believe that businesses are responsible for preventing injuries to personnel, achieving good environmental practice, and operating in a sustainable manner.

We are committed to reducing worker injuries, our environmental impact, and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral and fundamental part of our business strategy and operating methods.

• Wholly support and comply with or exceed the requirements of current occupational health and safety, and environment legislation and codes of practice.
• Minimize our waste and then reuse or recycle as much of it as possible.
• Maintain the knowledge, skills, and equipment to conduct our work in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Be aware of and use care to minimize the negative environmental consequences of our activities. 
• Take responsibility to use resources wisely and to look for opportunities to minimize waste.
• Promptly report all incidents and unsafe conditions and investigate as required.

Safety, performance, management and environmental stewardship is and must be an integral part of every Bill's Johns business practice, operation, job, and task. It is incumbent on each of us to assess our own roles and responsibilities to fulfill the commitments set forth in this statement.
